This role actively leads our consumables division and comes with a highly competitive salary and uncapped OTE. You will be generously rewarded for the hard work you put in with significant career progression and opportunity.

The Opportunity

About you

You will be responsible for leading a division from the front by maximising business output through attending appointments generated by internal business development whilst improving team productivity.

  • You will be accustomed to leading a team from the front via consistent business generation performance.
  • You will possess experience of high-level Account Management and key customer development.
  • You operational style will be one where mentoring and improving team performance is paramount.
  • You will have quantified experience of Sales Team Management or seeking said progression in your next career move.
  • You will be focussed on increasing team product and marketplace awareness.
  • You will have excellent presentation and negotiating skills and experience in a ‘solution’ sales role.
  • You will be a high achiever, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • You feel comfortable and passionate about a ‘Hybrid’ position which utilises not only your self-drive but team performance ethos.
  • You will be a strong communicator capable of handling a wide range of client types with ease.
  • You will be comfortable being based partly at company head office.
  • This role is partially home/field based, so you will have the ability to manage yourself without supervision and provide clear strategy plans to the management team.
