A Great Place to Work - Andy Smyth

Andy Smyth has recently joined us as Operations Director, from British Gas. Here Andy explains why he thinks JLA is a great place to work.

"I was very happy in my role as Head of Customer Service at British Gas when the head-hunter contacted me to discuss an opportunity at JLA.  Having enjoyed a range of senior management roles within the business including General management for large field and office teams (over 800 colleagues) and commercial lead roles, I was fairly satisfied at how my career was progressing. 

That all changed when I met the people at JLA!  I was instantly impressed when I first met the senior leadership team. Their ambition, innovation and passion for service delivery really hit the spot.
