Meet…Emma, Commercial Delivery Manager

Emma has been with JLA since September 2011, when she joined JLA as a call desk advisor. She quickly joined the installations team. When we launched JLA Clean, our detergents range, in 2012, Emma was there to take on the challenge. She still works as our Commercial Delivery Manager, managing the operations side of JLA Clean.

“My first impression was that JLA was an exceptionally busy place to work, and I was right!” laughs Emma. “Pretty much everyone here has a great work ethic,” says Emma, “so when you’re putting in 110% each week, you know that everyone else is too.”

“JLA is a great place to work – if you put in the effort, it opens the door to a lot of opportunities,” says Emma.
