Help Uncover Our JLA All-Stars!
JLA is pleased to announce the launch of its new All-Stars programme, designed to showcase company employees and the great work they do for our customers.
All customers need to do is nominate an employee when they think have done an exceptional job. The programme will be running for the next twelve months. Nominations will be taken throughout the first half of each month, after which customers can vote on the nominees and select their All-Star of the month. The winner will receive their own spot on the Wall of Fame on the JLA website. Customers will receive a thank-you gift for nominating, and if their nomination is crowned as a JLA All-Star, they will also win a special prize.
“It’s about recognising that our staff members are our biggest asset, because they help keep customers’ businesses up and running every day,” says Rhys Williams, Head of Customer Success at JLA, who developed the All-Stars programme. “When we get feedback from customers, it’s about our frontline staff – engineers, customer service teams, and so on.”
