Meet…Jessica, GBD Total Care Manager

Jessica joined JLA in January 2015 as a Customer Care Advisor and became a Customer Care Manager within a year. She now works as our GBD Total Care Manager, ensuring that some of our biggest Total Care customers are well looked after. “It’s a challenging job,” says Jessica, “but it’s also rewarding and helps me collaborate with my own team members and other JLA employees, which I enjoy.”

When she first joined the company, Jessica was immediately impressed with the passion and dedication that JLA employees have: “It was clear how proud everyone was for the contributions they were making to support the success of JLA. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and this hasn’t changed over the years that I have worked here.”
