Meet…Elinor, Total Care Contract Manager


Elinor joined JLA in April 2013 as a Customer Service Team Leader, acting as a point of contact for our customers who needed assistance. Today she’s our Total Care Contract Manager within the Customer Care team, working on customer retention, issue resolution and development of the customer’s journey with JLA. Describing her role as “challenging and rewarding,” she says that the support she receives from other team members as invaluable.

“When I first joined, I noticed that everyone was so friendly, welcoming and always happy to help,” says Elinor. “The business has grown but the people are the same – our team is really tight-knit and I’ve made friends for life.”

As JLA grows, Elinor is confident that any new talent who join the company will find a great place to further and develop their careers: “you’ll always be recognised and rewarded for doing a good job,” she says.
