We believe that the quality of our customer service, as well as our management of our impact on the environment, are of the utmost importance to the successful management of our company.
JLA Limited considers the Quality and Environmental aspects of our operations to be of primary importance to the successful management of our company. We recognise that our operations have an impact on the environment and we are committed to managing and controlling our environmental impact in a way that is both socially and economically justified.
JLA is committed to consistently provide and pursue the highest achievable levels of customer satisfaction and we recognise that this key to maintaining and extending our prominent position within the current and future market place. We are committed to the continued growth and improvement of our Quality and Environmental Management System and in satisfying both customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
We recognise that reductions in waste, and improvements in process understanding and compliance, will help to ensure the sustainability of our organisation; as will the maintenance of our organisational knowledge for the consistent provision of product and service, and for business continuity purposes.
Quality and Environmental objectives will be set to support this policy, and the organisation’s changing context. These will be regularly reviewed at top management business update meetings.
We are committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and our environmental performance through the effective application of our Quality and Environment Management System, and with it a socially responsible attitude to the services, throughout relevant locations and business operations.
In order to achieve and support the above policy statement, the company shall introduce and maintain a Quality and Environmental management system compliant to the requirements of BS:EN ISO 9001:2015 & BS:EN ISO 14001:2015 and be subject to regular audits by independent parties and subject to regular review at senior management level.
As Group Chief Executive Officer I take full responsibility to ensure that this policy is communicated, implemented throughout the organisation and available to any other interested parties.
